we all go through.
WHAT
. HOW . SOLVE
SWEAT . BAD ODOR
In summers,
moisture tend to seep out of the skin pores. Due to heat reaction, fever or
physical exertions sweat gets exuded. Let’s focus on heat reaction factor. At
places with intense humidity, we sweat all day. No matter how less of physical
exertion takes place, the sweat is our bae in summers.
Normally sweat leads to some inappropriate reactions like bad
odor,rashes and uneasiness.
Stay hydrated. Drink 3-4 litres of water daily.
This will help us from getting rid of complete dehydration and c'mon we don't
want to live with an ambiance of a desert right? It also reduces the pungent
smell of our body with sweat.
Bathe daily. This may seem silly but bathing is
very important. In summers, prefer bathing twice a day. We can't let the sweat
rule us.
Diet. Odor of the body depends on the
food we consume. Avoid garlic, onions, coffee. Eat more of citric fruits. Fish
lovers eat white flesh fishes. This helps to reduce pungent body odor.
Beauty. Always keep beauty wipes handy so
that we can cleanse our armpits at regular intervals.
TANNING
Here comes a problem we hate the most. Having
a dark skin tone is not a bad thing. All have unique & special skin tones.
But when tanned we get dark patches & sunburns only at certain areas. It
takes just 5 minutes to get tanned but to get rid of it we need months
together. You don't want a multicoloured foot or body. So let us head into some
precautions & remedies we can follow easily.
1. First and foremost always wear a sunblock. Apply
it half an hour before stepping out to sun. Sunscreens are not meant only for
summers. The UV rays we go through nowadays, sunscreen is a must have for all
seasons.

balms with an SPF to reduce the pigmentation.
3. Most important thing is choosing the right
sunscreen for your skin type.

well in circular motions. Tomatoes work amazing in reducing the
pigmentation.
5.1 tbsp gram-flour + 5 tbsp milk, this paste works
well for skin lightening.

This is the creepiest monster we face in summers. The rate
of getting acne is the highest in this season. Oil is exuded in the pores of
the skin and excessive accumulation of oil results in acne. Some skin types is
prone to acne. But during this season everybody tend to suffer from acne problems.
We make it even worse by piercing them or scratching them with nails. It leaves
ugly pimple marks which look worse than the pimple itself.
- Drink lots of water. This reduces the chances of acne development. Water is a miracle right? WinWin!!
- Cleanse your face 3-4 times a day.
- Never touch the pimple with nails.
- Neem powder + aloevera + rosewater + cucumber juice. This paste can be applied 2-3 times a week.Neem clears the acne, aloevera gel moisturizes the skin, rosewater closes the pores and results in glowing skin, cucumber juice cools down the skin and reduces marks.
- Dab ice gently on the blemishes (you can use soft muslin or cotton cloth to cover the ice while dabbing).Cooling the blemish area helps in reducing the bumpiness of the pimple.
- Lemon honey paste works well in drying the pimples (for 20 minutes).
- Aloevera works great in soothing the skin and acts as great moisture. Apply a thick layer of aloevera gel to face and neck every night .it also helps in clearing pimple marks.
