SUMMER FOODS FOR GLOWING SKIN

Glowing skin is  what we crave & lust for. We often take extra care of our skin by using innumerous products to look flawless.  But we forget the very basic and important step to get natural glowing skin. We eat oily, unhealthy food and expect the makeup products and home remedies to magically make our skin look amazing. But it is very important that we have healthy diet to get healthy skin.  I have listed few summer foods which can be included in your summer diet.




1) Water: This is basic but most effective way to get a natural glowing skin. Drink minimum of 3 litres of water every day. Water sweeps unwanted fat from body. It gives enough moisture to the skin. Water reduces oil production in the skin further avoiding Acne. Trust me, you will have a shiny glowing skin. You can flaunt your gorgeous skin without makeup too. All you have to do is Drink lots of water. Simply simple WinWin!





2) Tender Coconut Water: Summer diet is incomplete without Tender coconut water. It’s an amazing natural beverage. It has high amount of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and amino acids. These Nutrients enrich the face glow. Adding further it reduces heat in the body, avoiding acne breakouts. 





3) Green tea:  This is the healthiest beverage you can opt for healthy body & glowing skin. They have antioxidants and innumerous amount of nutrients. It also contains minerals as well. They help in fighting with bacterial infections.  Ultimately makes you feel young and active.





4) Almonds: In context with beauty, we use almond oil for good hair and skin.  But do you know? Intake of almonds can give you healthy glowing skin as well. They have great amount of fibre, proteins, fats, Vitamin E, and other nutrients. This helps in maintaining required natural moisture to the skin. They are great antioxidants too. 





5) Buttermilk : This is another dairy based beverage rich in protein, vitamins, carbohydrates. This enriches the skin quality resulting in healthier glowing skin. It is very soothing and refreshing drink, fastening our taste buds. YumYum!





6) Pomegranate : Pomegranates are one among the healthy fruits. They are rich in protein, vitamin & fibre. They are good antioxidants too. More the nutrients healthier the skin. The colour of the fruit also helps to achieve good healthy skin tone. 





7) Orange: Oranges are from citrus family, rich in vitamin C. It protects our skin from getting completely damaged by UV rays. In other words oranges are anti tan experts which are tasty as well. WinWin!



8) Papayas: Papayas are rich in proteins & have antioxidant property. The active enzymes work as great cleansers. All these nutrients make the skin healthy & flawless.





9) Salads: Salads with spinach, Carrots, corn, Pomegranate, cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes-are really good for nourishing and rejuvenating skin. This is a perfect summer diet with a heap of nutrients.





10)Salmon:  Fish lovers, here is a great news for you!  Salmon is great for glowing skin. It is rich in protein, vitamin A,D&B-12,  Calcium, carbohydrates. These nutrients work really well in enriching healthy skin.




You can choose watermelons,lime juice, berries anytime, because they are great summer foods. These were few nutrient rich foods you could slip into your summer diet this season.
